Our Card and Retail Services (CRS) Collections and Servicing team works with past-due customers to offer solutions for bringing credit card, student loan, personal line and loan, direct auto, retail services and deposit accounts up-to-date. The group also provides customer service for student loan and retail services accounts and works with customers to resolve disputed charges on credit card accounts.

Responsible for a group of low risk bankrupt accounts and applying Bankruptcy Code requirements to those accounts
May be responsible for low level account analysis
May recommend foreclosure, repossession and/or other outside action
May negotiate with attorneys and/or debtors where permissible
May work directly with court personnel
May file appropriate documents/forms directly with court
May work on special projects
This position includes taking inbound and outbound calls customer service calls on bankrupt accounts

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: financial industry, loss prevention or customer service; or an AA/AS degree or higher; or 2+ years of military service

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bankruptcy experience
  • Call center experience
  • Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

MN-Saint Louis Park: Min: $29,200 Mid: $40,000
