Accountemps is working on a large Customer Service/Consumer Collections project with a client in the Tampa area. Details: 1. Onsite Requirement: This will NOT be a remote role, you need to work onsite-CDC Safety Guidelines will be followed AND you will be required to wear a mask onsite, which will be provided by the client 2. Compensation-$17.50/hour 3. Duration-4-9 months and top performers will be considered for Temp to Hire roles 4. Locations- One location is near the Tampa Airport the other is in Brandon 5. Hours- This is a 40 hour/week position, no part time. You must be able to work Saturdays, there is NO EXCEPTION. The hours will vary based on shifts, which are first come, first serve. Hours for their call center are 8:00am-Midnight, Monday-Friday, and Saturdays 8:00am-5:00pm. They are closed on Sundays. So, you will have 2 days off a week, one being Sunday. 6. This is an outbound calling position; you will be calling consumers who are behind on their auto loans and credit card loans to help setup payment plans and bring them current. Thus, it is a metric driven role, you need to hit your quotas and be comfortable making outbound calls. 7. Start Date- Mid June/Early July depending on which training class you get into. Requirements: 1. Collections experience-highly desired 2. Strong communication skills and strong customer service skills 3. Good job tenure, not job hoppy, strong references 4. You will have to pass a background check before starting 5. Hospitality, retail and customer service experience will be considered if you don t have collections experience.
