The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring delinquent accounts according to specific investor guidelines. Responsibilities include contacting delinquent borrowers, answering incoming collection calls, drafting and mailing collection letters, and compiling packages for foreclosure referrals.

Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with mortgage loans and/or collection processes is preferred. The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required. EO/AA Employer: Title VII/Protected Veterans/Disability Status
