Job Description

The Collection Specialist will be responsible for the following:

  • Investigate discrepancies between payments received and invoiced amounts
  • Work with customers to settle disputes, investigate variances
  • Pursue collections to conclusion
  • Provide credit information to vendors
  • Handle customer accounts

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience of recent collection experience
  • Credit experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Integrated ERP system knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills including negotiation and conflict resolution.
