Job Title: Collections Specialist
Pay: $17.50 Per Hour
Shift: During training M-F 9:00-6:00PM, After Training shift could fall anywhere between 8AM-12AM M-F, Will work a Saturday 8-5PM

Brand new auto and credit cards collection departments here in Orlando. This is a traditional call center environment, where

  • Responsible for taking collections calls, both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Responsible for entering payment information over the phone for customers
  • Responsible for problem solving, coming up with payment solutions, educating the customer
  • Collects past-due amounts on a high volume of credit accounts.
  • Contacts customers through verbal and written communication.
  • Informs customers of delinquencies and consequences with tact and discretion. Assesses individual circumstances and decides appropriate action


These calls can be to collect either an auto payment or a credit card payment, they will be allocated to either department. These calls are through an auto dialer for outbound, but occasionally they have to dial if permission to auto dial is not there.
