My client in Downtown Phoenix is looking to hire Collectors to start June 1st!

Job Description:

This individual will reach out to customers who are 1 - 90 days behind payments on their account. This is more of a courtesy call to the customer to see where they currently stand and help prevent them from falling further into delinquency.

* Contacts customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls which are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
* Negotiates workouts and repayment plans.
* Handles complex collection inquiries and issues.
* Makes decisions about acceptance/return of partial payments.
* Make and take up to 80 calls a day
* Communicate with consumers, attorneys, and bankers/ internal parties

Pay: $15-16/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm work schedule. Overtime is not required. (training included)

Qualifications: 1 year of customer service call center experience
