A third party collections company in Lenexa is looking to add customer service/collections agents to their team.
This company operates in the space of credit collections. 3rd party vendor where the Customer Engagement Specialist will be responsible for handling primarily inbound/soft collections calls. Will be responsible for emailing resolutions to consumers and fielding inbound calls generating from those resolutions.
Working with consumers to help them through the collections process.
Provide exceptional customer service
Motivate and guide customers through the collections process
Manage inbound and outbound repayment inquiries from consumers and debt consolidators via phone and email
Communicate with customers to establish payment solutions and resolve customer account inquiries
Meet key performance indicators as outlined by management
Meet expected quality and compliance standards
Applicants do not need to have any call center or collections experience to be considered. You will just need the willingness to make 100+ calls a day to customers to collect on overdue payments.
This is a Monday to Friday to position. They are looking to interview and start as soon as possible.
